- 2-1/4 qt. Yellow cornmeal
- 1 gal. water, divided
- 2 qt. milk
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 cups OSCAR MAYER Perfect Pour Bacon Bits
- 1 qt. VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread - Feather Shred
- 1-1/2 cups green onions, sliced
Directions

1Mix cornmeal and 1/2 of the water.

2Place remaining water and milk in large saucepan.

3Bring to boil.

4Gradually add cornmeal mixture, stirring with wire whisk until well blended.

5Stir in salt.

6Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is very thick and begins to pull away from side of pan, stirring constantly.

7Add bacon bits, process cheese spread and onions; mix well.

8Transfer to full (2-inch) hotel pan (or 1/6 hotel pan for trial recipe).

9Hold, covered, on steam table up to 1 hour.
