  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. softened margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 c. flour

    Combine water, yeast and sugar.

    Add salt, margarine, egg and 3 cups flour.

    Beat smooth.

    Work in remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
