  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained (optional)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 c. sour cream
