  • 2 swordfish steaks
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • salt, pepper and paprika to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Wipe fish.

    Place in broiler and broil for 5 minutes.

    Turn over and spread with sour cream.

    Sprinkle with spices, return to 425° oven for 25 minutes.
