Ingredients: 1 whole Refrigerated Pie Crust; 12 pieces Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links; 1/4 cups Chopped Onion; 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onions; 2 whole Jalapenos Seeded And Chopped; 6 whole Eggs, You Could Also Use Egg Product; 1 cup Milk Or Heavy Cream; 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin; 1 teaspoon Salt; 1/2 teaspoons Pepper; 1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend

1/4 cups Chopped Onion
1/4 cups Chopped Green Onions

1 cup Milk Or Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoons Pepper
1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place crust in ungreased 9-inch pie plate.

Chop up the sausage. Cook and stir sausage, both onions, and jalapenos over medium heat until tender, then remove from heat.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, cumin, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in the sausage mixture and cheese. Pour into the unbaked pie crust.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the eggs are set.

I sprinkle the top with extra cheese and serve it with salsa.
