- 2/3 (1 lb.) pkg. fine spaghetti
- 1 1/2 or 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium-large onion
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 strips bacon
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water.

2Brown meat and onion together in skillet and drain very well.

3Add the tomatoes, soup and sugar and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes (until well heated).

4Add the spaghetti.

5Pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan and top with 4 strips of lean bacon.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
