  • 4 oz. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine/butter
  • 1 c. cottage cheese (cream-style)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef or bulk Italian sausage or pork sausage
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

    For crust, cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.

    Drain.

    Combine 1 egg, Parmesan cheese and margarine. Stir in hot noodles.

    Press mixture evenly into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate.

    Drain cottage cheese; combine with 1 egg.

    Spread over crust.

    Set aside.
