- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 can chopped tomato
- 1 chopped anchovy fillet
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 25 g black pitted olives
- 1 tablespoon basil leaves
- 1/2 lb spaghetti
Directions

1Heat oil and add garlic.

2Cook gently.

3Add tomatoes, anchovy, capers and olives.

5Stir in basil.

6Season.

7Cook pasta in boiling, salted water whilst sauce is simmering.
