- 1 spaghetti squash
- 12 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce (reco ( Barilla)
- garlic salt, to taste
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

2Split the squash in half from top to bottom and remove seeds with a spoon.

3Line an oven tray with aluminum foil.

4Brush spaghetti squash flesh with olive oil.

5Place flesh side down and roast for 30 to 35 minutes (depends on size of squash).

6until some edges of the exposed flesh will be brown.

7Remove from the oven and cool.

8Meanwhile heat the marinara sauce in a large saute pan.

9Using a large kitchen spoon scrape the strands of squash from the inside of the skin.

10Add sauce, garlic salt, pepper, parmesan cheese or other accompaniment.
