- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Chop onion and pepper into small pieces and saute in margarine until tender and slightly brown.

2Drain most of the liquid from the corn and pour into small saucepan.

3Heat until hot.

4Add sugar and sauteed items.

5(Red hot sauce and/or Tabasco sauce may be added to taste.)

6Cook for 1 minute.

7Remove and serve immediately.

8Don't prepare too far in advance as corn will discolor.
