Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. cooking oil
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, cut in half
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 (15 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
  • 2 oz. can mushrooms
  • 2 1/4 oz. sliced ripe olives
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • grated cheese (for top)

Directions

    Cook noodles until partly done.

    Place in greased casserole dish.

    Saute onion and ground pepper; brown the ground meat. Combine all ingredients and pour over the noodles.

    Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.
