  • 6 slices bacon (crisp)
  • 3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
  • 1 c. white or brown rice
  • 2 c. tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper in bacon drippings

Directions

    Cook rice, onions and peppers until tender.
