- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. cooked tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet.

3Add onion to remaining fat and cook over medium heat until onion is yellow.

4Add bacon and remaining ingredients.

5Cook, uncovered, over low heat about 15 minutes.
