- 1 c. butter or margarine (2 sticks)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla until soft and creamy.

2Sift the flour; add gradually to butter mixture.

3Blend well.

4Chill for 2 hours.

5Pinch off small pieces of dough and roll between palms of hands to shape like fingers.

6Place on baking sheet.

7Bake in a 350° oven for about 10 minutes or until light golden color.

8Transfer to cake rack to cool.

9Dust with powdered sugar.
