- 4 tablespoons chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 chilli Fresh
- 1 piece ginger

1PREPARATION: Wash and cut chicken into bite size pieces.

2Chop onion, chilli and ginger very finely and grate the cloves of garlic.

3COOKING: Heat oil on medium to high heat in a non-stick fry pan.

4Once oil is hot add the onion, garlic, chilli and ginger to the oil.

5Sautee for few minutes and then add the chicken to it.

6Mix well close lid and let cook for 10 minutes stirring frequently.

7Add the sauces now and cook for another 10 minutes on medium to high heat.
