  • 28 ounces, weight Canned Whole Peeled Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 bunch Scallions
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 whole Habanero Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 whole Lime (juice Only)

Directions

    Put the tomatoes, cilantro, scallions, garlic and habanero in a food processor.

    Process till smooth.

    Put in a pot and add salt and lime juice.

    Simmer for 20-30 minutes.

    Let cool and serve.

    Be careful working with habaneros.

    Use gloves if you are sensitive.

    Take out the seeds if you are not a big ole hothead.
