- 28 ounces, weight Canned Whole Peeled Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 bunch Scallions
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 whole Habanero Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 whole Lime (juice Only)
Directions

1Put the tomatoes, cilantro, scallions, garlic and habanero in a food processor.

2Process till smooth.

3Put in a pot and add salt and lime juice.

4Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
