- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 c. cooked pasta (tiny stars or orzo)
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar chunky spaghetti sauce
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Combine eggs, cooked pasta, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese.

2Spread mixture over bottom and up sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate to form a shell.

3Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.

4Mix together spinach, Ricotta cheese and nutmeg.

5Spoon into pasta-lined plate.

6Spread remaining spaghetti sauce atop filling.

7Cover edge of pie with foil.

8Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

9Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
