- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 c. herb stuffing
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Cook spinach, drain and press out as much excess moisture as possible.

2Combine all ingredients; mix well.

3Shape into 3/4-inch balls.

4(Can be frozen at this point.)

5Place on lightly greased baking sheets.

6Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.
