  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 1/2 c. herb stuffing
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Cook spinach, drain and press out as much excess moisture as possible.

    Combine all ingredients; mix well.

    Shape into 3/4-inch balls.

    (Can be frozen at this point.)

    Place on lightly greased baking sheets.

    Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.
