- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing cubes (herb)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. sweet butter, melted
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1To the beaten eggs add the melted butter and cheese, then add stuffing cubes and let them soften in egg mixture about 5 minutes. Add spinach and mix well.

2Roll into small balls and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

3Makes about 50 spinach balls.
