Spinach Balls

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing cubes (herb)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. sweet butter, melted
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    To the beaten eggs add the melted butter and cheese, then add stuffing cubes and let them soften in egg mixture about 5 minutes. Add spinach and mix well.

    Roll into small balls and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Makes about 50 spinach balls.
