Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • garlic salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Precook and drain spinach well.

    I remove water by squeezing with my hands.

    Mix everything and chill well.
  4. 4
    Roll into walnut size balls and place on cookie sheet.

    Freeze.

    Then put in plastic bags.

    Bake as many as you need at 350° for 25 minutes. Makes 40 to 50 balls.
