- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- garlic salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Precook and drain spinach well.

2I remove water by squeezing with my hands.

3Mix everything and chill well.

4Roll into walnut size balls and place on cookie sheet.

5Freeze.

6Then put in plastic bags.

7Bake as many as you need at 350° for 25 minutes. Makes 40 to 50 balls.
