Spinach Balls

- 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 c. dry Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (8 oz.) can Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. melted margarine (2 sticks)
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook the spinach according to package directions; drain and squeeze out remaining moisture.

2Add all remaining ingredients to spinach.

3Cover and refrigerate mixture for at least 4 hours. Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls.

4Bake on Pam-sprayed cookie sheet for about 20 minutes at 325°.

5Spinach Balls can be frozen and used as needed.

6Serve as appetizer or with meal.
