- 1 stick margarine
- 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
- 1 medium onion
- fresh garlic
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- pepper to taste
- 2 loaves French bread
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in margarine.

2Add squeezed spinach; saute.

3Add cheese.

4Stir until melted.

5Cut French bread lengthwise.

6Spread softened margarine on both sides.

7Spread spinach on one side.

8Close.

9Wrap in foil.

10Heat until hot at 350°.
