- 2 pkg. frozen spinach
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. cream or milk
- 1/2 c. spinach liquid
- 8 oz. jalapeno cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook spinach.

2Drain, reserving liquid.

3Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat.

4Add flour and blend.

5Add onion and cook until soft.

6Pour in spinach liquid and cream slowly.

7Cook until smooth and creamy.

8Add seasonings and cheese.

9Stir until melted. Combine with spinach in casserole.

10Top with bread crumbs.

11Bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.
