Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked or 2 cans
- 1 large can artichoke hearts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick oleo (I use 1/2 stick)
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1Drain spinach and artichokes.

2Cut artichokes in half and place them in a flat baking dish.

3Saute onion in oleo.

4Add cream cheese and cook on medium heat until melted.

5Add spinach and mix well.

6Pour over the artichokes and top with bread crumbs.

7Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

8Casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to be cooked.

9If it is very cold, cook about 5 minutes longer until hot and bread crumbs are browned.

10We fine it almost as good as when the artichokes are eliminated and the canned spinach is just as good as frozen.
