  • 10 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 20 oz. sliced Muenster cheese

    Mix together first 5 ingredients.

    Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Line the plate with Muenster cheese.

    Add the mixture.

    Cover the mixture with Muenster cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until top is golden.

    Slice and serve warm.
