- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
Directions

1Thaw spinach and squeeze dry.

2Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

3Serve with crackers or bread.

4Hollow out or scoop out loaf of unsliced Hawaiian bread or pumpernickel bread.

5Save the chunks of scooped out bread for dipping.

6Serve the spinach dip in the hollowed out bread.
