Spinach Dip In Bread Mound

  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 3 to 4 green onions, chopped
  • 16 oz. container sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Knorr's leek soup mix

Directions

    Mix and chill all ingredients 2 or more hours.

    Cut off top of large round French bread.

    Hollow out, cutting bread into cubes or chunks for dipping.

    Fill hollowed out bread with spinach dip. Surround with cut up bread or veggies.
