Spinach Dip(Low-Fat)

  • 1 c. real or fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream (may use fat free)
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (1.4 oz.) pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Directions

    Combine all ingredients; stir to mix well.

    Cover; chill. Makes 3 cups.

    To make Swiss Spinach Dip, add 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese.
