- 2 to 4 cloves garlic
- 2 to 4 green onions
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Korean Ko Chu Chong paste (paprika paste)
- 2 Tbsp. Korean red pepper
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
- salt or m.s.g. to taste
- 1 large bag fresh spinach
Directions

1Wash and drain spinach.

2Blanch spinach in boiling water about 60 seconds.

3Rinse immediately in cold water, drain and squeeze. Add all ingredients after placing in glass bowl.

4Mix by hand. Place in glass container.

5Eat fresh with white rice or refrigerate!
