Ingredients

  • 2 to 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 to 4 green onions
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Korean Ko Chu Chong paste (paprika paste)
  • 2 Tbsp. Korean red pepper
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
  • salt or m.s.g. to taste
  • 1 large bag fresh spinach

Directions

    Wash and drain spinach.

    Blanch spinach in boiling water about 60 seconds.

    Rinse immediately in cold water, drain and squeeze. Add all ingredients after placing in glass bowl.

    Mix by hand. Place in glass container.

    Eat fresh with white rice or refrigerate!
