  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 10 to 15 fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • Italian seasoning: oregano and garlic powder to taste
  • 1 lb. pkg. lasagne noodles, uncooked
