- 14 ounces Italian style diced tomatoes undrained
- 2 cups penne pasta uncooked
- 1 cup water you may need a little more
- 9 ounces baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup cheddar cheese Diaya
- 2 pieces scallopini Gardein Chick'n, cut into cubes
Directions

1Bring tomatoes, pasta and water to boil in large saucepan; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or just until pasta is tender.

2Add half the spinach; simmer, about 2 minutes or just until wilted. Stir. Add the remaining spinach.

3Toss in chicken cubes and cook about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasinally. Top with cheese and serve
