1/3 c half and half
3 eggs

1/2c grated cheddar
1/4 c parmesan

Directions

Preheat oven 425 F. Roll puff pastry to 11 in. square. Place in 9 in. glass pie plate. Trim edges. Beat cream cheese in bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in half and half and eggs. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into crust. Bake until crust is golden and filling is set, about 25min. Cool 10 minutes.
