- 3 big potatoes
- 500 grams frozen spinach, unthawed
- 1 glug good quality olive oil
- 1 salt
- 1 ground black pepper
- 1 italian seasoning
- 1 pinch chili powder
Directions

1Peel and dice your potatoes.

2Put them in a big pot, completely submerged in cold salted water.

3Bring to a boil.

4Cook for about 15 minutes

5Then add your frozen spinach to the pot and bring back up to the boil.

6Cook for about 7 minutes

7Take off heat and drain.

8Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, a glug of olive oil and italian seasoning.

9Blend the spinach and potatoes into a creamy puree.

10Serve warm
