- 1 9 to 10-inch partially baked quiche pastry
- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 10 oz. pkg. spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 1/4 c. half and half
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Bake quiche pastry for 5 minutes; set aside.

3Reduce oven temperature to 375°.

4Spread 3/4 of the cheese and spinach on the bottom of the pastry.

5Beat the cream, eggs and salt together until frothy.

6Pour over cheese and spinach. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dot with butter.

7Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is set.
