- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 envelope Lipton golden onion soup mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 1-inch balls.

3On greased baking sheet, arrange balls and bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
