Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. spinach
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. finely grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs

Directions

    Wash and drain the spinach. Tear into bite size pieces.

    Beat or blend the oil, sugar, vinegar, onion, salt and dry mustard until thick and sugar is dissolved.

    Fry the bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Chop the eggs.

    Pour dressing over all and let stand 30 minutes. Toss and serve.
