  • 1 lb. fresh spinach leaves, washed
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced thin
  • 8 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 lb. fresh bean sprouts, washed
  • 1 c. Crisco liquid oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 1/3 c. ketchup

Directions

    Combine spinach, eggs, bacon and sprouts in a large bowl.

    In a separate bowl, mix oil, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, onion and ketchup and chill. Pour dressing over salad when serving.
