  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach
  • dash of hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Cook and drain spinach.

    Brown hamburger with onion and garlic in a skillet, stirring until crumbly.

    Drain.

    Combine spinach, hamburger mixture and the next 6 ingredients in a glass casserole dish, mixing well.
