- 1 packages Frozen spinach
- 4 Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 tbsp Feta cheese
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 each Wonton wrappers
- 1 1/2 cup Spaghetti sauce
- 1 tbsp Fresh chopped basel
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella
- 1 pinch Salt/pepper
Directions

1Microwave spinach 5 min then drain extra water

2Sautee onions in olive oil, add mushrooms, spinach, salt, and pepper

3Remove from heat, mix in feta this is the stuffing

4Mix tomato sauce, sour cream, and choped basil

5Spray baking pan and add a thin layer of tomato sauce mixture

6Using two wrappers per ravioli, fill, roll, and place on top of the tomato sauce mixture until the bottom of pan is covered keep adding layers until your out of stuffing

7End with tomato sauce layer with mozzarella chunks

8Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes
