  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. minced green onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 2 lb. fresh whole green beans, cooked
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp. paprika
