  • 2 slices peeled ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 Tbs lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, preferably black
  • 1/2 tsp crushed dried chilis
