- 1 c. uncooked corn meal
- 4 eggs
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Cook grits in 3 cups of water with salt.

2Should be soupy. Add meal to hot grits.

3When fully mixed, add milk.

4Beat in eggs one at a time.

5Stir in baking powder.

6Pour into buttered baking dish.

7Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375°.
