- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and yeast.

2In second bowl, beat egg, oil and warm water.

3Add to flour mixture and stir. Spoon into greased muffin tins.

4Make as many rolls as you need. Put remainder of batter in refrigerator.

5It will keep about 1 week.

6Makes 24 rolls.

7Bake at 400° until light brown.
