Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in 2 cups warm water; add sugar, margarine and egg.

    Stir in flour.

    Beat and mix well.

    Spoon into greased muffin pans and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Mix well keep in refrigerator for about 1 week.

    Makes about 2 dozen rolls.
