- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- dash of salt
Directions

1Cook squash; mash and drain.

2Mix with half of stuffing mix, pimentos, onion, sour

4Place in large casserole.
