  • 3 lb. squash
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. cracker meal
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 carton sour cream
  • 1/2 can mushroom or chicken cream soup
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Cook squash and mix onion until tender; add salt.

    Drain squash.

    Melt butter.

    Add stuffing mix.

    Stir in sour cream and soup.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Place in baking dish.

    Top with cheese.
