Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 box Stove Top dressing
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 zucchini, with skin
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 3/4 c. cubed American and Cheddar cheeses, mixed

Directions

    Slice squash thin in cubes.

    Steam in saucepan with 2 tablespoons water and 1 tablespoon butter until soft.

    If lots of water when done, drain.

    Make stuffing as directed on package. Combine all ingredients and put in casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° until browned and cheeses are melted (25 to 30 minutes).
