- 2 to 3 medium size squash (any variety or mix)
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium size onion
- 1/2 c. cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash, pepper and onion; drain.

2Mash.

3Mix with egg, milk and seasoning.

4Put into greased casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, then sprinkle top with cheese and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

6Serves 4 to 6.
