- 4 medium squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can chicken soup (undiluted)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 small can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 stick melted oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Mix stuffing and melted oleo.

3Mix soup, sour cream and water chestnuts. Mix all together and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer with stuffing on top.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes covered.

5Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
