  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 c. cooked summer squash, drained and mashed
  • 1 1/2 c. packaged bread crumbs
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and 1/2 stick margarine.

    Place in greased casserole dish.

    Combine bread crumbs and 1/2 stick margarine, melted.

    Put on top.

    Bake in 275° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
